Martin - a patissier, Michael - a chef. Two brothers from Siusi with years of experience in gastronomy, ready for a joint adventure!
A shared vision, constant teamwork and daily endeavours for their own ideals - this is what characterises the two brothers with a great sense of tradition and even more passion for their own project.
Homemade and handmade
From the puff pastry for the heavenly cloudy croissants to the pistachio dip for the forbiddenly delicious French ciabatta - Martin and Michael believe in "do it yourself". Instead of offering a mass of dishes, they prefer to put their passion into a fine selection of meals. However, everything is made from A to Z and exclusively with high-quality products.
